Christmas Lights on Temple Square
Temple Square is always kept beautiful, but Christmas is especially lovely, with tons of Christmas lights. The lights are turned on Friday, November 24 and are definitely worth a visit with the family! An ariel view can be seen at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building (across from the ZCMI mall) on the floor with the Garden and Roof restaurants (also a nice place to stop).

Hey Christina! I love your blog! I have always thought it would be fun to have a comprehensive list of free or very inexpensive things to do, thanks for getting one started! I think a fun addition would be places kids can eat free--- like the California Pizza Kitchen on Mondays, etc. Have you ever heard of the utah momma's handbook, it is also similar to this, you can get it at the library! Thanks again! We look forward to our next play date!
